ACMS use a combination of proprietary training materials along with designing high quality, effective adult learning and development programs through collaborating with subject matter experts and industry, applying best practice approaches to ensure the performance criteria for each course is met.
ACMS develops learning and assessment strategies to suit all of our learners and one that reflects their training needs and industry requirements through providing them with a consistent learning and assessment process.
Qualifications can be delivered through a range of delivery and assessment methods and options including e.g. distance education via our online learning centre or hardcopy resources; workshop/face to face in the workplace or combination of both.
ACMS trainers provide ongoing coaching and mentoring throughout the learner's course to encourage motivation and support.
